I like the soft inside material. I had a hard plastic cutter and it was difficult to keep the pills in place while cutting.

It’s not perfect, but I’m keeping it. It can splits my thyroid pill in half, then into quarters for more finite dosing.

this is not a new design for me. With that said, this works well for what it is. It has a spring loaded trap for the pills and you can use it in various configurations to split pills in half and in quarter. Like it.

This is very high quality pill cutter. This is the first pill cutter I've seen with a spring loaded mechanism to keep the pill in place. This ensures a perfect 50-50 cut every time. Its well built and will last a long time.

I thought this was kind of pricey for a pill cutter but it does it's job very well! (And, I'm old. We think everything is pricey). It holds different sized pills equally well (tightly) and cuts cleanly. I would recommend it.

It can quickly and easily split pills into halves or quarters. There’s very little powder when cutting in half, and a bit more when cutting into four — which is kind of unavoidable since most pills are dry and crumbly. But out of all the pill cutters I’ve tried, this one works the best. It’s super sturdy and handles even hard pills with no problem. The blade is sharp and durable — I’ve used it a lot and it hasn’t gotten dull.
